A Life of Sport
I’m an aspiring, young athlete from Essex (UK) and I’m working on becoming a highly successful PT and online coach. I love the adrenaline rush of taking part in big CrossFit events and I’m not afraid to wear my heart on my sleeve while competing. While I absolutely love training and staying active with sports, I like to think of myself as more than just an athlete. I’m working hard to be a positive role model by promoting physical activity and fairplay.
